Betty Crudup often is a client’s first contact with the firm. She is at the front desk, usually is the person who answers the phone, and has a variety of additional responsibilities which she takes care of easily, comfortably and gracefully. Betty has been doing this work since 1989. She is on a first name basis with most of the firm’s clients, many of whom view her as a friend whose warmth makes them comfortable and at ease. Betty and her husband, El, are the parents of Drew and Loriea and they live in Milford. Betty’s leisure time revolves around family activities, activities of her children, and involvement with her Church.
